The core business of DYNAMICA’s manufactured molds is represented by the following technologies:
DYNAMICA is specialized in injection moulding tools and technologies for the production of plastic parts with multi-components 2K / 3K i.e. moulding of two or more materials within the same tool.
Our auxiliary injection units are applied to our 2K or 3K multi-component tools and can be fix on top, on the side of the tool or on the floor, thus enabling the co-injection of more materials on a conventional injection machine. They are supplied with a control unit which can be electrically or hydraulically activated, and independent from the injection machine.
Our auxiliary injection units are available in different dimensions, the injection screw diameter varies between 15 and 55 mm, covering a range from 5 to 400 gr shot weight.
